JDaniel even ended up with some of the chicken salad in his tin. He also had sunlight peaches, mandarin oranges, and cheese pieces on the top row. Besides the chicken salad, he had goldfish swimming in jello on the bottom. The fish inflated a little as the jello set. I thought they looked icky. He loved them.

Nice and healthy. I like it!
I love me a good chicken salad!
Interesting idea for chicken salad! I’ll check out your recipe right now! π
LOL, those goldfish do look a little icky. I bet my son would’ve loved them too though. Hope you win the chicken challenge!
I love chicken salad, but I am afraid my kids haven’t quite developed a taste for it yet. Maybe it’s time to put it in a muffin tin, again!!! π And I am linking to your last muffin tin, I copied for today!!! π
nice tin. well ok. the goldfish in jello scares me a bit. but otherwise, love it!
Yummy!!!
Yummy! We had chicken salad the other day, but just the basic version (chicken, seasonings & mayo). I can’t wait to try this one!
I can’t speak on the chicken since I don’t eat meat, but I do love fruit in un-chicken salad. π That’s funny you put goldfish in the jello; I’m sure your son LOVED that. Mine would.
You are making me hungry!!
I love learning new ways to make chicken since we do it alot here.
And I love how you try different recipes.
Just wanted to come by and say “THANKS” for stopping by my blog on my SITS day! Hope you have a great week!
my kids would love the fish too lol
Hmmm goldfish in jello? For some reason I think that would be a hit with my kids too. Not so much on my part: Eww! lol!
