growing & learning with him
By Deirdre
Welcome! My name is Deirdre and I am JDaniel4's Mom. After teaching in Virginia for twenty years, I was a stay at home mom learning and growing beside my son JDaniel the 4th for five years. I recently went back to teaching at a local school here in South Carolina.
Yummy! What a fun mom and son duo! Great tribute for Veterans Day. You are teaching your sweet boy such good values and food values too! I LOVE mandarin oranges! My favorites! I always love when you stop by.
Poor JDaniel! I hope he is feeling better by now. I just love the Veteran’s Day tin! Check my facebook or twitter – my boys were in a Veteran’s Day parade and it aired on the news today 🙂
What a great idea for Veteran’s Day! My son is also crazy about mandarin oranges!
What a cute idea!
You are always so creative with your muffin tins!
That’s why I always try and put ‘treats’ in smaller containers – it looks like more, so they’re happy getting less!
Love the ‘sandwich!’ Did he build his own, or just eat the ingredients separately? My daughter takes her sandwiches apart and eats each bit on its own, but if I give her the ingredients separately (like a Lunchable,) she builds them into sandwiches! What a nut!
What a simple but effective idea! Thanks for the reminder to get out our star-shaped ice cube tray this week…
That really is a darling muffin tin treat, but I’m so sorry to hear about his fall. I’ll look for the rest of the story tomorrow!
So cute, as usual!
Very cute. I hope you little one is recovering from his fall.
Oh, Ow! Hope he is feeling much better… I like how you made the flag out of the foods & star tray – very creative!
Love the patriotic tin honoring our veterans.
I 100% love that you honor Veteran’s Day. My father would thank you as well.
such a cute lunch idea! & I hope your babe is feeling better!
Love how you made the flag, so creative!
Great!! Now I’m hungry again! LOL I missed my bloggy friends and now I remember why. 😀
Sorry to hear about his mishap. Glad he is on the mend!
(Cute idea on the lunch!)
=)
cute! love tiny ice cube tray lunches!
That’s really cute!
What a great muffin tin!!!!
You are so creative! Hope he’s feeling better…
Your muffin tins are so creative!
I read about JDaniel’s injury. I’m glad he’s ok.
That sandwich is making my tummy growl! My girls love sandwich fingers as well. Hope he is feeling better by now.
