This great book called My Mom by Anthony Browne is about how a mom can do anything. This mom can sing, make anything grow, and make her child happy when she is sad. The floral design in the mom’s shirt appears in every illustration.

What a fun day! I love that they have interactive art activites. Arts education is being sorely tested right now, it’s wonderful to see communities taking up the cause. And honestly, the one he did with the golf balls looks as good as alot of things I’ve seen in galleries lately ๐ Good for him, glad he enjoyed it. Kathy

I’m always so impressed with people who take their kids to actually do something creative. I truly need to work on that. His art was actually quite fun, I enjoyed it.

I love to create art with my little students and they have so much fun! I have not read any of those books but they are now on my to-read list! Thanks for sharing these special moments, maybe next fall you and Daniel can go to a pumpkin patch!

We have the book Mother May I – one of my kids favorites! The pictures are great works of art in my opinion!!
