I will be sitting on the sidelines gathering prizes, pinning your creations on Pinterest and sharing them on Twitter, Facebook, and Google+.
There are prizes! The first place winner will be sent a collection of Tiger Tale Books. The second place winner will receive a $10 gift card to Amazon.com.
Here is our tissue box challenge creation:
I asked JDaniel to help me to plan something to build. He suggested that I just watch him build. That is just what I did.
The bottom tissue box is the science center. It is currently housing a special microorganism exhibit. With JDaniel’s love of small creatures I think this will become a permanent exhibit.
The angled tube on the right is the home of a fossil room that has whirlpools carvings in the ceiling just as the cavern did. The plastic bottle houses the resort’s zoo.
When you first look at this creation, you don’t notice all the wonderful exhibits and animals. I was able to view them through the eyes of the resort’s creator. As I listened to his words, the building came to life. I was able to ooo and awe at the creative ideas that went it to making it. What a wonderful tour guide, JDaniel was.
I would have totally missed out if I had been there to ask him to tell me what he was thinking as he was building. What an amazing time we had!
Now it is time to share what you or your children created. Please share you link below.
Oh! Please take a few minutes to “ooo and awe” over the other creations linked up. I am sure your comments would be greatly appreciated.

I can’t wait to see what people create this year! I know I won’t be entering the contest, but I still wanted to create something. I just need to find time – I have been swamped lately!

Raising a Happy Child says
I love that instead of planning a craft you just let him take off with his own ideas. Those moments of free creation and experimentation are the best!

He is *so* creative!! You are so right! If you hadn’t been there to hear all of the things he was thinking, you’d have missed half of what the wonderful things he was doing meant. Fantastic!! –The Dose Girls
