JDaniel has decided that everything is blue or orange. I decided that we would work on exploring the color red this week. We used the great red bag I was sent by Pam from Country Mouse, City Mouse to look for red things around the house. There were a few items that JDaniel selected that weren’t really red, but for the most part he did a great job gathering a collection of red items. Not everything he found fit in the bag.
We will also be looking for red spots I am going to hide around the house, coloring a page of red objects, and looking for pictures of red things in magazines this week.

That is such a cute idea!!! It’s kind of a treasure hunt!
I am glad you are getting use of that little bag:)
Very good idea, actually I think I may use that right now! I love red!
We’ve started doing a “color a week” in our house too, after my daughter started calling absolutely everything “green” or “red” (I think she still has Christmas on her mind!). I like your idea, and will be incorporating it into mine!

We’ve been working with colors as well. Lauryn likes everything to be blue.
