We went to Barnes and Nobel last Saturday night and saw three bird nests tucked into this Barnes and Noble sign. I didn’t have my camera that night. JDaniel and I went back on Tuesday morning so I could take these shots.
The birds kept flying around the shopping plaza looking for bugs for their families.

What fun! Discovering a nest is always an adventure- but this is an unusual location!
Birds definitely make nests in the most interesting places!
That’s cute! My kids would get a kick out of seeing those nests. π
Must be literary birds.
They’re quite happily ensconced in there, aren’t they?
all the signs around here that don’t have spikeys in them contain birds nests π
That is so cool! I like how one can find surprises in the most unusual places.
By the way, you won my Mimi the Sardine giveaway at my blog. http://www.katydidandkid.com/2010/05/keep-clean-with-mimi-sardine-giveaway.html
