With the weather hot and steamy here in South Carolina, we have been looking for ways to keep cool. One of our favorite ways to play with water and ice. I looked through the amazing posts linked up on The Sunday Showcase for posts that featured fun for kids with frozen water or ice play. I found several wonderful posts that will be fun for kids to share with you. Along with those posts, I am going to share some of the ice related activities we have done.
Next week I have two more ice activities that will be fun for kids to share with you! We had a blast doing them! I hope you will stop by to check them out!
Fun for Kids: Ice Play
Little Bins for Little Hands shared a wonderful dinosaur ice excation post. The dinosaur lovers at your house are going to love it.
Play Dr. Mom showed how to make ice rocks! She made them outside in the winter. I think you could make them in your freezer too.
Ice pop paint is another cool activity Play Dr. Mom shared! They would be wonderful to use in the summertime.
These gelatin sun catchers from Enchanted Homescholing Mom look like ice! They are very cool!
We loved playing with ice and shaving cream in an ice cream shop play area.
Rainbow ice painting is fun! We had a great time using the colored ice cubes to create new colors!
A Frozen Olaf sensory bin with a giant Olaf head is great fun!
