Coloring lunch box numbers with the colors displayed on the coding algorithm directions or color choices of your own will be such fun. The pages would be fun to explore at the beginning of the school year or to celebrate Pack Your Lunch Day on March 10th.
Each of the pages displays the same lunch box with the numbers zero to five displayed on it. Young children tend to focus on the numbers zero to five. Older children could totally explore this coloring page if you want them too.

How Does This Page Introduce Coding?
The coloring direction have been placed on a coding block that looks like a puzzle piece. Coding blocks like these are from the Blockly coding language. Sites like Code.org use direction blocks rather than text to create algorithm.
The language of Blockly can be use to code by children of all ages. I use it with students from kindergarten to fifth grade.
