Your children will have fun designing and building a fence to keep Peter Rabbit from getting to the farmer’s giant carrot. They will work through each of the STEM engineering processes as they create their fence. First, they will ask what problem they will need to solve. Next, they will imagine and brainstorm what their fence will look like. Then they will create a plan by drawing a diagram and gathering supplies. Children will next create their fence and if necessary they will see if there are any ways they can improve them.
