Setting up the Muffin Tin
First, you will need to cut out each of the pumpkin number circles. It really doesn’t matter if you chose the B/W version or the colored version.
Then you will place each number you want your children to explore into a muffin cup. The numbers can be placed in sequence or mixed up. Some of the numbers can be used or all of them. It is really up to you.
Finally, a decision will need to be made as to whether you will have your children place a matching number circle on each pumpkin, a pictures of a number of pumpkins or objects in each cup. If children are working on number recognition, you can use the number circle.
